As I sat with my seven year old a few days back, I wondered if God truly cared about our very sick cat, Smokey. Gracie and Smokey have had a close relationship all her life. She loves cats and Smokey is very special to her. So we prayed, and trusted the Lord would take care of Smokey. Later that day, my wife and I were told by the veterinarian that Smokey would have to be put to sleep.
